The Meaning Behind ClearPath
The name ClearPath reflects a simple belief: when someone is struggling with their mental health, finding the right path forward can feel overwhelming. Patients often know that something isn't right, but not what is causing it, where to begin, or what treatment options exist.

Sheila Fomenky, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner | Founder
Licensed to provide care in Texas, Colorado, and Arizona
Sheila completed her Masters of Science (MSN) degree at Walden University. She has a strong background in behavioral health both as a nurse (7yrs) and as a PMHNP. She has a passion for building a strong rapport with patients, incorporating evidence-based practices in medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her overall goal is to work with the patient in developing the most efficient treatment plan for optimal well-being.

Franklin Nkem, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner | Co-Founder
Licensed to provide care in Texas and Colorado
Franklin Nkem is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than four years of experience providing psychiatric care for individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns.
Franklin earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and takes a patient-centered approach to psychiatric care. He believes that effective treatment begins by creating a space where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and concerns without judgment.
His approach focuses on listening, collaboration, education, and individualized treatment planning, with the goal of helping patients better understand their mental health and make meaningful progress toward improved wellbeing.
Franklin is particularly passionate about building therapeutic relationships based on trust and helping patients feel like active participants in their care.
Outside of practice, Franklin enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is married and a father of two.
